KK-143 Large Gun Emplacement

Designed from photographs and written accounts/diagrams found in the Osprey book Field Fortifications 1939-1945 this Gun pit has been purposely made too wide to be historically exact but they do easily accommodate your bases of figures even if they are on Flames of War troop bases. Sometimes you have to sacrifice accuracy for playability.

The large gun emplacement will comfortably accomodate a FoW large base so you could easily place your Pak40's or Flak36's in this postion, the absense of a back wall also makes it ideal for emplaced mobile assets such as Hummels or even Ferdinands. The emplacement comes complete with a separate large scenic base for you to mount your favoured gun team. Like the Machine gun nest and the straight and recessed trench section this section measures in at approx. 150mm (6") wide and is beautifully detailed with areas of rough planking to cover soft ground, timber lined walls and a good scattering of sandbags and plenty of spent ammuntion casings.

The gun emplacement comes in two sections, both sections are cast in high quality Polyester Resin and is supplied unpainted.
